• Will HINTS compromise anonymity of Truth Box? What does it cost

  NO. Anonymity will not be compromised. We are launching this because so many of you have been asking for it. In many cases, it might not be possible to give a hint afterall. In no way senders identity will be compromised.
  It costs 500 power points per hint

• GOT ISSUES WITH 10 sq ft bonus

  Eligibility for 10 sq ft bonus is evaluated when you enter Green Planet application. So when you accomplish 10 sq ft, the bonus will be awarded in the subsequent visit. Get out and reenter the Green Planet application. Already revisited application and still the issue persists, email us
  NOTE: THOSE WHO HELPED SAVE 10 sq ft, WE HAD ISSUES WITH BONUS POINTS BETWEEN 27th and 30th, there was problem in code. so even when you revisited, you were not awarded points. Please revisit again. Sorry about that!!

  YES. TOTALLY. ALWAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• I got a very bad message. Wll you tell me who sent me the message?

• What is Power User and how do I get more?

  Every user in Truth Box has some Power based on his/her activities and how others react to those. Like Your Power goes up when people empathize/comment on your postings and it goes down when your post gets a 'bury'. More Power means you are a more popular user and your postings in Secrets or Hot Zone will be shown more often to other people.
  You get more power by
  1. Post better on secrets/hotzone and get emps/comments
  2. By adding other popular Tag Me application.
  3. You will get more Power whenever any of your friend adds Truth Box.

• Do we have your old photo or wrong gender?

  Go to "Profile Settings" tab and click "Refresh Profile Settings" button. We get the information above from myspace and save it.

• Why dont we notify you when you receive a new truth message

  It is because myspace prohibits us from sending you a personal message. We will soon launch email notification capabilities, so that we can email you directly when you receive a new truth message or comments on your secret/hot zone listing.

• It asks me to Add this App even when I have added this app?

  Make sure you are logged into myspace!!

• How do I come back to application?

• Application does not show me all my albums

  Go to url http://profileedit.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=accountSettings.applicationSettings and click on Settings for "Truth Box". Make sure that the bottom two check boxes for "Allow access to public/private photos..." are checked.
