Q: What exactly is a SuperPoke! Pet anyway? A: SuperPoke! Pets are the CUTEST and COOLEST virtual pets on the web! You can feed them, tickle them, bathe them and play with them. You can also have playdates with your friends!
Q: I won't be able to take care of my pet for a few days/weeks. Will my pet die? A: Ah the best part of virtual pet ownership! No, your SuperPoke! Pet will not die! It will be hungry and dirty when you return, but after a bit of feeding, playing and bathing your pet, it will be good as new!
Q: Why does my friend's pet always want to eat/play/bathe more than my pet? A: Each pet over time creates its very own personality. Just like real pets, no two are the same. Awesome!
Q: I think I want to change my pet's name. How do I do that? A: Right now you're only able to name your pet once, but all kinds of things are being worked on, so who knows, you might be able to change it at some point! :)
Q: I changed my mind, I want a new pet. Is it possible to get a different pet. If so, how? A: Yes it is possible to exchange your pet for a new one. On the SuperPoke! Pets settings page, you will see "Exchange your pet?" Click that and follow the directions.
Q: What? I can't have a black and purple sheep? Why not? A: Currently, custom colors aren't available. Fortunately, it's in the works. Keep an eye out! :)
Q: I get points for taking care of my pet, but do I get points for taking care of my friend's pet? Do they get points, too? A: The pet power point system is currently being worked on to compensate users for taking care of other people's pets. At this time, neither person's points reflect the added care. Don't worry though, this feature will be coming soon!
Q: I see my dog chomping on food and laughing when I tickle him, but I can't hear him chomping or laughing. Is there something wrong with my speakers? A: Nope, nothing wrong! Right now sound effects aren't available. There have been many mixed reviews about adding sound to the SuperPoke! Pets application. Some people think that after a while, the sound effects will become annoying so to speak and for that reason we have not worked it into the design. Lately people have been requesting sounds once again, but also suggesting a way to manually turn the sounds off and on. This seems to be a very popular idea, so who knows, it could just become reality!
Q: Not all of my friends have the SuperPoke! Pets application and I want more friends to have playdates with. Is there somewhere I can go to meet people who want more playdates, too? A: Actually, there currently is such a group for MySpace users! You can go to the SuperPoke! Pets Play Group forum and meet all kinds of other people looking for playdates!
Q: What are coins? A: Coins are the original currency of SuperPoke! Pets. You can use coins to buy goodies for your pet

Q: My pet has already grown once, will it grow again? A: Right now your pet only grows once, but multiple growth spurts may be made possible in the future! Oh the excitement!
Q: How do I get my pet to come out of its egg/box? A: All you have to do is click on it.
Q: How will I know when my pet has grown up? A: Don't worry, you'll definitely know! Let it be a surprise!
Q: What pets are currently available? A: Currently, you can choose from the following: panda, chicken, sheep, penguin, kitty, puppy, frog, tiger, dragon and pig.
Q: Why aren't there more types of pets offered? A: Oh yes, a very popular question. There are new pets being created! Excited yet? Be on the look out! :)
Q: Why does my pet always shake his head no? A: If your pet is shaking its head "no" then that just means your pet is happy and content. It also means that you've been a wonderful pet owner by taking good care of him!
Q: What's the deal with the pet power points anyway? Can I use them for something? A: At this time, the pet power points are just a way of letting you see how healthy your pet is. The more points you have, the more time you've spent with your animal, taking care of it. There are a lot of activities in the works right now and they will soon be available. Once those new features are released, you will be able to use your points to do stuff and get stuff.
Q: What is "pet fame" and how does it change? A: The pet fame shows how popular your pet is. The more people that go to the friends page and play with YOUR pet, the more popular your pet becomes!
Q: My friend has a different background than me! How come? A: Well, they're really called habitats and you can change yours, too! Just go to your pet's page and click on the "Customize" tab. Select the habitat you would like to have and then click the green save button above. Voila!
Q: How do I have a playdate with my friends? A: From your pet's main page, click the "Friends" tab. If any of your friends have the SuperPoke! Pets application installed, then they will show up on your friends page. Scroll down to whichever friend's pet you want to have a playdate with and then click the little slide icon.
Q: I keep seeing people talking about easter eggs. I don't see any eggs! Why not? A: An "easter egg" is a term used to describe a hidden option or feature. Easter eggs come in many forms and have different ways of being accessed. For example, if you click your pet, you will see them wiggle and giggle. Easter eggs are never guaranteed, but are added frequently, so have fun searching for eggs! ;)
Q: How do I take off hats, mustaches and other accessories? A: To take an accessory off your pet, go to Customize tab and click on the accessories tab. Then hover your mouse over the hat or accessory you want to remove, you'll see a red X there. Click on it, it will come off.
Q: Why can't I trade back certain items? A: Items can only be traded back if the pet shop currently stocks them. Soon we'll let pet owners trade items with each other, so your items may become very valuable!.
Q: I still need help. Who can I contact? A: The SuperPoke! Pets Forum is the best way to get a quick response from other users who are familiar with the application and can answer most common questions. However, sometimes people have questions that can't be answered in the forums.
